Samples are processed in a lab that simulates the full CPM/Roskamp Champion product line—hammermills, roll crushers, shredders and pellet mills. The lab includes:

• A hammermill with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), to change hammer tip speeds and simulate the entire line of Roskamp Champion hammermills
  
• Roller mills with the most commonly used corrugations for every application
  
• A complete inventory of spare rolls corrugated for non-traditional materials
  
• A full selection of dies with varying thickness and hole sizes for quick die recommendations

Processed samples are returned with a detailed test report that includes:
