Citrix Access Gateway Setup Instructions
The new Citrix Access Gateway provides a cleaner and more secure interface to the CPM network from computers outside the corporate network via the Internet.
Please save and/or print the instructions below before accessing the new gateway for the first time and follow them carefully to set your computer up and use the new gateway.
Note that some steps may require administrator access on your local computer, so if you are using a CPM corporate computer you may need to have someone from IT install the applications if you are denied access.

Set Your Computer Account To Trust The CPM Network
Before you access the new CPM website, you should make a quick change to your local Internet Explorer settings that will reduce the likelihood of errors and warning messages. The screens below are for Internet Explorer 7, but the steps are similar for Internet Explorer 6.
From Internet Explorer, choose Tools | Internet Options and click on the Security tab.

Click on Local intranet, then click on the Sites button.

Click on the Advanced button.

Type *.cpm.net in the top field and click the Add button. Make sure the Require server verification box is not checked.

Click Close, OK, and OK.
Your local computer account will now trust CPM computers (at cpm.net) and not prompt for security clearances or block you from access.
Install Citrix Endpoint Analysis Client
Unless you are accessing the gateway from a public computer, you will need to install the Citrix Endpoint Analysis client. The Endpoint Analysis client verifies that the computer you are using meets certain requirements (such as antivirus software and firewalls) before allowing access to all resources. If you do not install the client your access will be limited to web email only.
Important Note: The Citrix Access Gateway resets itself every night. If you are the first person to access it after a reset it can take up to 90 seconds for the pages to load. Afterwards the load times should be very quick. Pay careful attention to the browser icon that indicates if a page is still loading (usually a spinning circle or icon) and do not click on any links until the page is fully loaded. Otherwise the session may stop responding and require you to close the browser and start over again.

If you get an Information Bar warning message, read it and click OK.

Your web browser should look similar to the following. If you have the gold warning bar towards the top of the screen with a blue shield with a question mark in it (like the following), click on the bar and choose the option to install the Citrix Endpoint Analysis Client.

You should next receive one or more confirmation messages to verify you wish to install the client. Accept all of them.

If the client installs successfully then you are ready to start using the gateway.
