CPM ACQUIRES UK-BASED WOLVERINE PROCTOR & SCHWARTZ LTD.

May 30, 2007, WATERLOO, Iowa—CPM, the world’s leading equipment provider for particle size reduction and pelleting, announces the acquisition of UK-based Wolverine Proctor & Schwartz LTD. of Glasgow, Scotland. The company will be combined with CPM’s US-based Wolverine Proctor, which was acquired in July of 2006.
