JIM HUGHES APPOINTED GENERAL MANAGER OF CPM/US

ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective April 4, 2011, Jim Hughes has been appointed to the position of General Manager of CPM/US. Jim will maintain his responsibilities for all aspects of the Roskamp Champion and the Beta Raven businesses worldwide and will assume the responsibilities for sales, engineering and manufacturing operations of the CPM/US business unit. In his new role, Jim will continue to report directly to me.

Jim joined IR in 1986 and joined the Roskamp Champion organization in Waterloo in 1989 as Controller. Jim became General Manager of the Roskamp Champion business in 1996 and has successfully managed the business for growth in sales and profitability.
