CPM ACQUIRES NANJING RUIYA POLYMER PROCESSING EQUIPMENT Co., LTD WATERLOO, IOWA --CPM Acquisition Corporation (CPM), the world’s leading supplier of processing equipment to the animal feed, oilseed, biofuels, food processing, and plastics compounding industries, announces the acquisition of Nanjing Ruiya Polymer Processing Equipment Co., LTD. of Nanjing, China. Following the completion of the acquisition, the CPM Ruiya Extrusion division will be aligned with CPM Century Extrusion. The addition of Ruiya is a signifi cant advancement in CPM’s mission to off er its customers the fi nest engineered, manufactured, and supported extrusion technologies, allowing customers to achieve the lowest total operating cost solutions for their compounding needs.
